Jayla is in her first year as Assistant Regional Director. Prior to this role, Jayla played four years at Sacred Heart University, where she earned a degree in Sport Management. After her playing career, she worked as a graduate assistant at the University of Lynchburg earning her degree in Business Administration. After graduation she joined the James Madison University women’s basketball team as Coordinator of Player Engagement. Originally from Hurt, Virginia.
